Types of Business Immigration visas
- Federal Business Immigration-----The skilled worker class for Canadian permanent residence provides a route for immigration to Canada and permanent residency status for workers with desirable skills. The Canada Business Immigration Program also seeks to develop new commercial opportunities and to improve access to growing foreign markets by welcoming people who are familiar with those markets and their special requirements and customs.
- Quebec Business Immigration-----The Quebec Business Immigration program seeks applicants with business, management, or self-employed experience. The applicants must intend to settle in Quebec. There are three different types of business immigration programs. Each program has different prerequisites. The Quebec Investor Program is more popular than the Federal Investor Program due to its faster processing timeline. All applicants must show that they are capable of becoming economically established in Canada and have the intention of settling in the Province of Quebec following their acceptance. Upon provincial approval, candidates will receive a Certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ - Quebec selection certificate), the official document issued by the Gouvernement du Quebec, and thereafter a Canadian Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa, once health and security aspects of the application have been completed.
- PNP Business Immigration-----Many other Canadian provinces have business immigration programs under their Provincial Nomination Programs.
